Please ensure you read our terms and conditions below before signing up to either of our membership packages:
1. Concierge service
Upon joining the Lady’s Wood Sporting Club, you will be issued with an email address for the Lady’s Wood concierge. This email address can be used to gain your priority access to all shooting time slots. Time slots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Birthday clays
You should receive your 100 birthday clay voucher at the beginning of your birthday month. This voucher must be used within your birthday month and can only be used on the Bowman Sporting Practice. Birthday clays are non-transferable.
3. Discounted tuition
10% reduction for each lesson booked by an individual lesson. This discount applies to the lesson price only (does not include lesson clays or cartridges). Subject to the current lesson tariff.
4. Discounted clays
All pay and play lesson clays will be charged at the members’ rate of £0.38p per clay.
5. Discounted sim days
Discount applies to the individual member only and at the rate for each simulated day.
6. Discounted Flush and Flurry Experience Days
Discount applies to the individual member only and at the rate for each simulated day.
7. Members events
Members-only events will be open to all members. Fees may be applicable for attendance depending on the individual event.
8. Guest discount
Guests will receive the same discount as members and can be used for three individual guests only. This can be used on one particular occasion or three separate occasions. All guests thereafter will be charged at the usual tariff.
8. Membership cancellation
Membership valid for one calendar year from the date payment is received. Cancellation and refunds of membership fees are not applicable.
9. Payment options
Payment is due before membership benefits can be triggered. Payments can be made via card payment, BACS or cash. Please see a member of staff for further details.
10. Data protection
